Support and Maintenance

6pm offer Support and Maintenance for both in-house applications and third party applications.

We make use of a very structured approach to setting up new support contracts to ensure a smooth handover and no disruption to our Client’s business.

  • Our support and maintenance offering is governed by a structured process where user visibility is key.
  • Our set up enables us to offer the full suite of support services – from 1st to 3rd line.
  • All calls to 6pm are logged and users are able to track their issues online.
  • We provide a number of contact points including email, telephone and our online Support Logging Portal.

At 6pm, all our support and maintenance contracts are managed according to agreed specific Service Level Agreements that are drawn up with each and every client.
