HR Manager

The Role

You’ll be working with an ever-growing workforce both in Malta and in the UK.
You'll be the kind of person who really does understand the issues around you - what kind of factors affect the business now and in the future, and as result what kind of HR initiatives need to occur to help the business prosper.

To be successful in this role, you will keep in mind that all round, effective and constant communication is key especially with a workforce scattered across Malta and the UK. You will be an all-round generalist, with solid exposure to all facets of HR - performance management, change management, reward, workforce planning, talent mapping, coaching, employee relations, succession planning, personal development plans....the works! The business is going through another growth phase, so attraction, selection, and retention will be key on the agenda!

You'll be communicative, approachable, personable, articulate, credible, genuine and consultative in your work style.

Absolutely critical, will be your common sense approach to HR. Your genuine and communicative acumen will be key, as this is a no-nonsense and demanding workforce who already have high expectations of the value that HR can contribute.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary level of education 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of implementing human resources practices such as performance management, training, personal development plans, talent management, employee relations issues, recruitment and managing organisation change
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource policies and procedures as well as Malta employment law
  • Tenacious and driven

Business Intelligence Specialists

We are currently looking for Business Intelligence Analysts to work with our clients in Malta and the UK. The Analysts will document business and functional requirements, and manage the requirements process with end users through workshops. They will also assist with translating business requirements into technical design

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Intelligence 
  • Knowledge on requirements gathering practices
  • Experience designing analytical reports 
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong communication skills

We are currently searching for .net Software Developers to work with us on various challenging web development projects in the UK.

Mandatory Skills:

  •  Experience in a Software Development role and using the Microsoft .net framework 
  •  Experience in C#, vb.net and ASP.net
  •  Experience using SQL Server 2000/2005
  •  Very good  customer facing/communication skills 
  •  Ability to work independently 
  •  Strong technical background 
  •  Very good level of English 
  •  High energy, drive and a passion for IT 
  •  Ability and desire to learn and stay abreast of new technologies and trends

Software Tester Analyst

We are look for a good team player to work with our testing team. The Software Tester Analyst will be responsible for the test phase of project or modules. He or she will be responsible to produce detailed test scripts, test reports and fully auditable documentation trail, organise and manage system tests as well as liaise directly with the client, the Business Analysts and Applications Support on UAT.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have:

  • Preferred – Formal software testing qualification e.g. ISEB
  • 3 years experience as a Software Tester ideally in Medium / Large Corporate environment
  • Production of software test plans, scripts and reports
  • Use of defect tracking systems
  • Good analytical skills, structured and methodical approach, highly organised
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and written

JAVA Developers

We are currently searching for Java Developers to work with us on various challenging web development projects in Malta and the UK.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have:

  • 2 years experience in Java using J2EE, UML and JSP 
  • Experience using Oracle databases 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Skills in SQL Server, C++, Struts, and Apache Tomcat will be considered an asset

Working as part of our team in Gozo, the successful candidates will be involved throughout the delivery process from requirements gathering, to designing and developing the solution, implementation as well as providing support and maintenance for our various clients

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have:

  • 3 years experience in a Software Development role and using the Microsoft .net framework 
  • Previous experience in a support role
  • Experience in C#, vb.net and ASP.net 
  • Experience using SQL Server 2005/2008
  • Working knowledge of Java, ORACLE databases, SharePoint, Microsoft SSRS and Microsoft SSIS would be considered an asset
